| Blend flour and seasonings with butter; stir in evaporated milk and water. Cook over low heat, stirring, until thickened. Add cheese and stir until melted. makes about 2½ cups sauce. To prepare rice Normandy: cook rice in herb-flavored chicken stock and toss with snipped parsley when tender. | |
