Ingredients:
2 slices bread |

| 1. | Cut the crusts from the bread. | |
| 2. | Beat the eggs, milk, salt and pepper together. Dip the slices of bread in the mixture and allow them to soak well, then drain. | |
| 3. | Arrange some thin slices of chicken on 4 of the slices of bread. Cover with a slice of ham and top with a slice of cheese. Spread lightly with mustard and cover each with another slice of bread. Press down well and cut across diagonally. | |
| 4. | Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the sandwiches until brown and crisp, turning once. Serve while hot. | |
