A cup of good tea begins with the tea you
buy and how it is stored. There are
thousands of commercial varieties of tea,
the differences depending upon the
geographic location, the soil, the age of
the leaf and the handling. However there are
only three chief basic type of tea; GREEN,
BLACK and OOLONG.
