This is the famous French
coffee, half coffee and half milk. To make
it, heat measured amount of milk in top of
double boiler over simmering water. When
coffee is brewed transfer it to hot serving
pot. Pour milk into second hot serving pot.
Pour coffee and milk simultaneously into
cups. |
