| Making: | ||
| 1. | Heat the oil in a pan, add the green pepper and onion and sauté for about 10 minutes. | |
| 2. | Stir in the flour and milk and stir until boiling. | |
| 3. | Add cheese and tomatoes and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes. | |
| 4. | Add the beaten egg yolks gradually and stir with a fork until the mixture thickens. It should not boil at this stage. | |
| 5. | Serve on toast or with boiled rice. | |
