Ingredients:
2 slices bread
butter
2 eggs
nutmeg
grated cheese |

Making: |
| |

1. |
Toast the bread on one
side, turn and toast the under side very
lightly. Butter the lightly toasted side
and keep hot. |

Separate the eggs, add
seasoning and a pinch of nutmeg to egg
whites, and beat until stiff. |

Spread the egg white over
the buttered toast, make a slight
indentation in the middle and drop in
the egg yolk. |

4. |
Sprinkle with grated
cheese and put under a hot grill for a
few minutes until the egg yolks has set. |
